Lấy Thơ Họp Bạn       

        Ðón mừng các bạn làng thơ
        Tấm lòng nay đợi mai chờ là đây
        Ngày xưa cánh hạc vàng bay
        Lời thơ Thôi Hiệu ngày nay vẫn còn
        Vẫn còn này nước này non
        Vẫn còn này tấm lòng son thuở nào
        Bạn ta, danh sĩ xin chào
        Thịnh Ðường như vẫn ra vào đâu đây
        Tóc tuy giờ chẳng là mây
        Mùa Xuân vẫn nở hoa đầy Lũng Hoa
        Lấy thơ làm một chút quà
        Dâng về Tổ Quốc cách xa ngàn trùng
        Thi ca vốn dĩ của chung
        Lấy thơ họp bạn chẳng mừng hay sao
        Bốn phương bạn hữu xin chào!
        Ðã nghe thi tứ dạt dào bên ta
        Xa nhau mình vẫn thiết tha
        Gần nhau thêm đẹp ngôi nhà văn chương
        Chẳng cần gì ép luật Ðường
        Chỉ cần chữ nghĩa bình thường là vui
        Lời chào hết sức bùi ngùi
        Hôm nay xin được ngọt bùi ca dao

        Making friend by poetry

        Welcome to every poet all over the word
        My heart does expect years ago the present deed
        In the past yellow crane wings flew
        Lyric of Thoi Hieu time survive until today
        That does exist very country very mountain
        Also the very loyalty of ancient time
        My friend, famous poet, good morning
        Tang prosperity still goes in and out somewhere here
        Though our hair is not the cloud anymore
        But the spring it does still bloom in Flower Valley
        Now I compose this poem as gift
        To present to the Fatherland further myriads of miles
        The poetry is inherent as common property
        We make friend by poetry, is not it happy my dear
        From four cardinal points friends respectfully salute
        I have already heard poems overflow around me
        Though being distant but we are still passionate
        Be closer to each other we embellish our
        literature house
        No need to abide for Tang rule
        Only we write ordinary words that are yet happy
        This Prelude I have written with melancholy
        Today should I present some sweet folk song?
